LASU Students Win National Moot Court Competition Students from Lagos State University (LASU) have recently emerged winners of the Moot Court competition for law students across Nigeria's six geographical zones. The winning team, consisting of David Akinwunmi, Johnson Ogundein, and Adeyemi Soffiyah, triumphed over students from the law faculties of 12 other universities. They argued a case titled "Copyright and Patents Infringement" to secure their victory. The keenly contested competition, which aims to sharpen the skills of prospective lawyers, was held at the Dr. Olusegun Law Resource Centre, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State. This marks the fourth consecutive victory for LASU in inter-varsity moot court competitions during this academic session.
